Casing Contamination

There are many shrooms growing healthily from my casing, is there still a possiblility of contamination? How would I be able to check for contaminants without lifting the casing out of its opaque container?

bump?? I wouldn't worry about it if your casing made it through colonization without contams I don't believe it's likely that it will catch any after that. Why do you suspect them anyways?
