if you have a cake that is contaminated and a shroom grows out of it can you use those spores to inoculate other cakes

Yes, yes you can. Make sure the contam isn't on the shroom itself and make sure you don't get any spores from the contam in the print!

even if the spore print was clean from all other contaminents and only had possible contaminents from the initial contaminent inside of the mushroom spore, would it encourage growth of the contaminent, or just don't use it?
