DB Kit

I just bought the DB 15 lb. kit and all my rye bags have been contaminated! Should I just use my own techniques and restart another batch with Brown Rice or should I wait and try to get more bags? Also what should I do about the compost, the tub has a weird smell in it I think may be from contamination.

Make your own rye jars, using the technique at mushmush.nl. You need a expensive Pressure cooker though.

Pressure cookers aren't all that expensive, especially from thrift shops. Essential piece of kit

You can also Check out e-bay for a PC you can sometimes get a steal on one.

Be sure to ask if it works and what conditon it is in before you bid or if you bid

you could spawn it with regular pf cakes if you have no pc. but ask ryche, i think they have some sort of guarantee that one bag will survive...?
