Why no pins??

Hey whats up, got a small problem. Cased some cambodian cakes with coconut fiber, everything is cool no contams, white mycelium everywhere. Thing is the casing is starting to pull away from the sides, how can i stop this or prevent from happening again? Also, it has been about 9 days since being cased and only 3 mushies have started to pop up, no pins anywhere even though the fungus is almost covering top layer of coconut fiber, tried scratcthing, thats how i got the 3 i got now, is something wrong here? Also, if this doesn't work out can i take some of the coconut fiber with mycelium and place in some other tray, would fungus still spread? oh yeah, the setup: Placed in terrarium at 80-90 degrees and 85-90% humidity.

Patience grasshopper patience.Primordia formation 7-15 days.If it's pinning I wouldn't fuck with it.
