Halted growth ???

My growth rocketed at first first signs after about 5 days
Now about two weeks later the Mycelium ranges from the size of a quarter to the entire side of the jar colinized on 13 1/2 pt jars, but the growth now seems to be going very slow. Is this normal and if not what can i do to speed the process
I have them in a closet where the water heater is and it stays pretty warm (75 to 80 deg)

Loosen the lids a couple turns. This may help speed them up.

If you have them taped or covered with foil, remove the tape/foil, too. I've done that with every batch so far, and no contams.
