Ive seen the "water guy" do a speech, and i must say there is no basis for his conclusions.
there is some truth to what they say in the movie, but I'm fairly positive its some kind of a cult (the bad kind).
my friend paid 50 dollars to see one of the main "speakers" of that movie, and he shouted "eureka it changed my life!"
one month later he is still olong the same path to dissilusionment.
i've said too much...

The movie starts out awesome but gets a little new age-y and naive by the end. A good film though, I'd recommend it.

Well, there are things left to be subject to opinion, and then there is science.
When microscopes, math, and science actually breaks it down to cell level - what else can we do?
It's not like thinking 2 + 2 = 4. It's like seeing two rocks put next to two other rocks - there are, in fact, four rocks.

i wasnt to impressed by the film; it didnt touch base on anything i havent considered before and just gave off the same vibe the christian youth groups used to give me. then again, i'm a jackass.

It is a bit cultish. Ever heard of Ramtha? Apparently he was a mystic several centuries ago. Well JZ Knight (one of the prominent 'scholars' from the film) supposedly channels him in spirit and teaches his philosophy. Most or all of the scientists from the film are also students of the Ramtha school.
http://ramtha.com/default.asp
When you read up on Knight and company the film has a totally different feel in my opinion. I walked out thinking "huh" and was skeptical, although much of the focus of the film has been concordant with my own beliefs, but again nothing really new.
As far as Emoto's experiments- very intriguing but not one single shred of scientific evidence to back up the claim. No replicated studies and really no other support (that I have been able to find) that would lend credibility to it.
Overall I was neutral about the film, but after reading up, I am a bit dissapointed. Some of the messages were a bit too generalized. Suffering from major depression and eating disorders? Draw paint on yourself and throw away your medication and you will be cured- Yeah!
Here is a good blog too
