Mycelium growth in syringe?

Someone I know has a syringe and it looks like there's mycelium growing in it but he's not sure if it is even possible or if it's a contam? It's been in the fridge for about a month. It's a tapalpa syringe. So is this possible? Thanks for responses..

i just made 2 syringes last night, 1 Lipa Yai and 1 Panaleous Cyanescens. both were made using honeywater in a 10:1 ratio. using honey as a nutrient base in the water will actually germinate the spores inside the syringe and grow mycellium in the syringe. this is done to decrease colonization time in jars, as the spores have already started 'growing' inside the syringe. so that syringe that you spoke of with myc may actually work better than a regular spore syringe.
