Sleep Walking

I was witnessed sleep walking again at a friends house the other night To my knowledge I've only sleep walked about 10 times although its probably happened many more times than that and sometimes I have conversations with people so I've been told.
What really worries me is falling down the stairs or going outside and being hit by a car or something.
Anyone else sleep walk?

up until a couple years ago I used to sleepwalk all the time
it was like... I'd wake up but my brain would still think I was dreaming and would overlay dream object on what I was actually seeing.. and of course my motivation and all that was always fucked up beause we all know how dreams can make you feel like just about anything is crucially important... like... hatching the eggs out on the lawn, or something.
One time I tried to escape from my summer camp during the night (while wearing my sleeping bag) because I thought we'd been playing a really long-term game of capture the flag and the cabin I was sleeping in was actually the "enemy jail". Then I "woke up" (read: started sleep walking) thinking that I needed to get back to my "other" cabin immediately because I'd been gone all night and somehow managed to fall asleep in the enemy jail. Oh ho ho, they had a fun time trying to convince me otherwise.

I know a guy that cycled to work while sleepwalking and woke up there at 5 in the morning or so... I'd be very confused if something like that would happen to me ...

Its weird. I never used to sleep walk when I was younger but I've started doing it during the past 3 or 4 years.

im told children do it more often, and that as they grow older it fades....not sure why or even if its correct, but ive been sleep walking as long as i can remember. not so much now, on average 3 or 4 times in a six month period.

I used to sleep walk all the time when I was younger. Once I had a dream I was walking up the stairs.. I woke up to my dad flicking on the light and saying what are you doing in here.. and I was in the basement climbing onto the washer. Sometimes I would just wake up under a table, on the porch, in the bathroom.. in fron of the refridgetor.. just random shit. Hasn't happened in a while though, to my knowledge
