one of the hundreds of areas ie defiled with dutch blue poppy seed.

heres the rebuilt dyke.  its dredged up river bottom, basically clay sand and rock. very fertile.

another vew farther down
i planted all the way down this road, that box down the road is a crane, about as big as a dozer.  poppies are covering the area the whole way

heres a pot where clumps of dirt landed in a small temporary swamp.  those clumps are seeded.

heres a closeup of the clumps

heres my foot

some more as i stoll along. they really are evrywhere, im only taking pictures of crowded spots and solitary plants.
i cant very well catch the scope in pictures.

im still planting too, almost evry time i go out i plant around.

my out door garden is green with poppies. you can rally tell the giganthemums, they are so much bigger and a little fuzzy
e got them in almot every town planter too.  i think its pretty clear people are going to notice.

today i infiltrated this farm dump. theres compost evrywere. notice the yugos stacked up, theres like 4 of them in the heap.  i think it's their natural habitat  soon the will be poppified.

notice the hill behind the following, it was all composted and left.

i also hit a slope today where someone was nice enough to dump a few tonns of old potting soil from a local nursery to make fill.  and its south facing to boot.

The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery every day. Never lose a holy curiosity. ~ Albert Einstein

i just toss them. thogh the take better into disturbed soil.
the ones here growing in gravel are growing better than those that took into clay. also, those on clay tend to tumble into rutts and therefore grow in clusers which is undesireable.
alot of people walk and bike along here.
my only fear is that law enforcement will notice and then notice the poppies in my garden and conclude that i'm jhonny poppyseed. theres no way that what im doing it breaking any drug laws. but it might be considered mischeif.
hmmm i shudder to think how many found there way into people personal gardens and stuff ;p well i think i can blame the wind for that
