please help with wet shrooms.......

i set some shrooms in a dehydrator and it turned them all blue.... almost black.... then i put them in front of a fan to dry out... they dried some more but are still wet.....

is it ok if after i have chopped them up they look like they are such a dark blue they are almost black????

is it ok to make chocalates with these chopped up wet shrooms????
