Not active, I was gonna guess at Genus, but, you need to take a spore print if you wanna get closer to ID.

yeah, take a spore print.

they look like Agrocybe praecox, if so, spores will be brown.

yeah, the spore print IS in fact brown....but are these good to eat? in the terms of being "magic"? (if they are in fact agrocybe)
