Sleeping while triping

When I do large doses of mushrooms, I feel great for the first four hours, but then I am exausted and just want to go to sleep. When I am this tired and cannot rest, it makes the rest of my trip bad. Does any one know how to get to sleep or have any suggestions?

use a sleeping aid or valerian root (I don't know whether this does in fact do anything, but maybe produce a placebo effect, worth a try)

yes trying to sleep after a trip is very very hard

It must be hard to trip if you anthropomorphize your shrooms.

ummm, i'm sure there's more herbs, vitamins, minerals, drugs, etc. out there for relaxing the mind after tripping the being electric...

I have personally never had a problem with sleeping while tripping.  If I want to sleep I just lay down in my bed, and eventually I go to sleep, but then again I've been known to fall asleep on Meth.

Do what the others above have said to do.  Sounds like most of them will work well.  Try not to over exert yourself during the begining of your trip.  Also get a long 8-10 hours sleep before a trip.  I prefer 12 :wink:
