White Balls???

I've got ome B+ on worm castings. The growth was super cottony and after I gave them light they formed these white fluffy cottony balls about the size of peas. There are also hyphal knots. What the fuck are these things? They have been there since about 5 days after they were given light but they haven't multiplied. WTF???

I am assuming this is your first flush on the cakes? I have heard that the first flush can develop those and also mutant mushrooms that don't quite develop like they should. I have also heard that it is okay to go ahead and pick them, the next mushrooms that develop should be normal. Or you can just leave them unless they start doing unfavorable things like rotting...

Hope that helps, if anyone else knows anything about this can you support or refute that?

are the balls on the mushrooms themselves, or are they just growing on their own?
