How Long?

My friend wants to know how long it takes to see growth after inoculating the jars its been 2 days for him and nothing not even a spot.

Give it at least 5-7 days. If there's nothing after that, you *may* have a problem. Good luck.

in some cases. i had a jar that took 11 days to germinate, and after that they were fully colonized in a little more than 4 days
