Is this bacteria???

Doesn't smell bad at all, just looks wet and dark.

Same thing can be seen here on this other casing in a couple caps:

When I harvested these guys I cut those parts out before drying.

The brown slimy part looks like bacteria. There could be something else in the 'wounds' too, but it's hard to say. Not too much to worry about, especially if they were cut out before drying.
