Alright.. so this is gross i guess?
A friend was joking about my friend getting leprosy awhile back and i mentioned i had a couple organish round blemishes under my nipple - when my friend looked he said it was Fungus - in the 10 days since then ive got spots over my right nipple and large masses of stuff on my shoulders.
What the hell?

It could be a fungal infection, I once had a spot like that on my back I had to get a cream for.

go to the doctors. you likely need antibiotics. Or, you just need to take a shower. That's really weird.

I dont have my camera unfortunately, and i do not do any cultivating.
I guess ill go to the doctor, my friend says if it was fungus it would be red.. where this is more of a translucent orangish/brown.

It *could* be something as simple as a yeast infection. I know when you hear "yeast infection" you think of smelly vag, but you can get yeast infections on your fingers (little white dots that pop like bubbles and no fluid comes out), on your fingernails (yellowed, cracking, peeling), on your skin (similar to what you described above).
Go see a dermatologist and chances are you'll get an OTC cream... don't bug yourself out about it.

What's the coloration on the patches? Darker or lighter than your skin tone? Is it dry/flaky, or moist?
I have a skin fungus that's totally harmless, but blocks UV. It appears darker than my skin when I have no tan, but when I tan, it appears white because it prevents tanning on the effected areas.
Most fungi that proliferate on human skin are harmless (though possibly annoying), but for safety's sake, see your friendly local dermatologist.

Yeah.. the doctor said it was ringworm and its all over my shoulders and it may be itchy or it may be my imagination, but i got cream and shampoo and it is harmless.
My roommates looked horrified when i mentioned it.
