casing and cakes
    #4191470 - 05/18/05 04:56 PM (11 years, 7 months ago)

I have been doing cakes for a while and I always get a good flush off them. I started doing cakes a little while ago and was worried about putting them in my fruiting chamber because it is set for cakes. The humidity is always in the high nineties so i figured the cakes would struggle. Amazingly the casings have amazing pinsets. I have one casing that is absolutly covered with pins. I thought that casings wouldn't work that well in high humidity.

I have read people saying they use the same FC for cakes and casings, and they have great success.
