yes, each field could have cows that are fed different grains or feed and raised differently, and im sure a healthier cow produces healthier poop for fertilizing the soil and whatever other mediums mushrooms would love to fester up a home on. Also temperatures may be different in other areas. Also if there is any different tree's in each area, different mushrooms with mycohorrizal relationships to those tree's would be growing.
