Interestingly enough, when marijuana was first criminalized they tried to pull some underhanded shit. Made pot illegal to possess, but you clould legally sell it if you had the right tax stamp, the catch, you had to possess marijuana to get the tax stamp, see the problem?

There isn't a right answer, there's a plethora of reasons that have changed throughout the decades.

One could even say they're not reasons so much as excuses, but that would depend on who's saying it.

yea it is bullshit that it is. check out NORML it is all about legalization...It needs to be, I have been busted twice in my life for cannabis.. it is complete shit that it 'is' illegal..
while other stuff is.. :wink:
