Help me with my compost woes

So, I started a spawn run with 5 LBS of High Mountain Compost on 5/2, 15 days ago. There have been some problems, of sorts. The run went fine except for the bottom of the container. It's been at about the same stage for a long time now. After getting frustrated, I cleaned my kitchen, chucked on some gloves and a mask and crumbled the hell out of all of this. There was about 1/4 cup mycelium piss on the bottom :frown:

. I did all this because I didn't want it to contaminate. What would you sugguest?? There are still small pieces of uncolonized HMC in there.

At About 2 Days After Spawning

Should I....

Add some PC'ed vermiculite (pre moistened) and let it colonize a bit more??

..uhh..any other ideas?? I can completely remove all the uncolonized spots but it's still all crumbled up in the bin. I can case, I've got some h-doo and some straw also.

What oh what would YOU do??
