Hey
went picking on the weekend and got like 100 of these. was very early in the morning like 4am(still dark) in a very cold(foggy) moist area with lots of pine trees and dead leafy ground. about 5 different people have eaten these mushys none got a trip or have fealt any sick symptoms yet... i know it was stupid and careless to eat with out identifying but i am the only one that seems to care wut they really are. Sorry about no spore print or measurments. where picked in Western Australian, Balingup

Firstly, read the guidelines on ID request. Secondly, they're definatley not magic mushrooms.
Why the hell did you go out at 4 in the morning while it was still dark to pick those crappy little inactive mushrooms? Also, your friends are very very stupid to eat those before knowing what they even were. They might be lucky and not get poisoned, but for fucks sake, they could be galerinas (lethal).
By the way if you don't get a ID from these forums it might be worthwhile your friends seeking medical attention anyway, some shrooms can take up to a week to kill you if they're poisonus (by slowly shutting down the kidneys and things like that).

i thought they would be galerina if they where of the lethal sought which i hope not seeings i ate 25, another m8 ate about 40 then the other ate about 10 then made a pancake mix whith the left over with another m8 and ate some of that. I always thought nighttime was a better time to pick mushys and there is a high cop patrol percentage around the area its like WA's hotspot. just curious how many grams of 25 fresh picked of that size way up2?

wow.
if you get sick, go to the hospital, and bring some of the mushrooms.
I can't answer your question because I have no idea what you're asking. you really need to do some reading before hunting again though. going about it the way you are can easily get you killed. I am not sure, but I would wager 25 galerinas would be a lethal dose. those look more like mycena than galerina to me, but without any description, I don't know.

Wow is right.
This post really takes the cake..

i also cannot answer this question, because it really makes very little sense.
i am unsure about what the mushrooms in your pictures are.
hopefully they are not toxic or poisonous, and hopefully nobody gets hurt.

Holly crap ! I think this should stay open so ppl can learn from someone else mistakes. This is a perfect example of what NOT to do.
Hunting is fun, but eating without knowing is dumb .

Mate, have a look at the hunting forum and go to 'Post your Australian and New Zealand finds' topic. Towards the end are some pics of the Balingup variety. Dont get caught...... and dont eat anything you dont know.
