My first casing. How do I get this to fruit, is this overlay? If so do I patch it?

Looks GOOD & no overlay. Expose to 85/90% rh, fresh air exchange & 12/12 light cycle.

Also, don't get overlay confused with thick mycelial "finger" growth on the casing.  A lot of people get them mixed up.  Personally, thick colonization of the casing surface has never presented a problem.  Just keep fruiting conditions up :thumbup:

Diver, great pic of the fingers. I love when my casings do that, its so damn pretty.

No looks of overlay. Fan the living shit out of it, while keeping the humidity up and you will be golden!
