    #4183029 - 05/16/05 06:24 PM (11 years, 6 months ago)

i was just wondering which mushrooms would be better, grown or hunted, because i have a chance to get some cubes that were hunted, and i dont want to be too dissapointed.

Everyones so concerned about being disappointed with shrooms. Just get the hunted ones and you'll be able to find out first hand.

I believe picked ones are a bit less potent on average than cultivated.

You can't guarantee a powerful strain with hunted, while you normally can with cultivated. Not to mention exposure to extreme heat or wetness naturally can hurt the potency a little, and overall shrooms can differ in potency SO much just between 100 feet of each other. Cultivated shrooms, though, all come from the same spores, so they're a bit more reliable to be consistent.

Hunted shrooms are fine... where do you think they originated from? lol

So it goes.
