there was apea sized amount of spores put into this pint jar full of water. I will get about 25-30 syringes out of it. I could make 10 more jars of water from this print. You can see a very light amount of spores in the syringes.

Which is enough to get great germination with 1/4th cc of liquid

Stop experimenting half way through your first grow. Grow it to maturity, watch it, learn from it. Do this a few times then experiment with different ideas and figure out what works best for you.
