it all depends on who you know honestly... i suggest growing your own, that way you have control over ALL the variables (price, strain, amount, quality, etc...)
growing is truly a simple hobby when you get right down to the heart of it, and amazingly fun from start to finish.
if you started tomorrow you could have psilocybes in your palm by this time next month.
and who really wants to give so much money to a dealer when it comes down to it? (nothing wrong with people buying if that's what the circumstance entails, but growing is more rewarding in my opinion).
as for you last question, most shrooms bought form a dealer are home grown, and those can be grown year round. if shrooms are dry for you, you obviously don't know the right people.
go to Oregon and get some spores, bring em back and be self sufficient
