heyah, I registered for a supporter acount, but I didn't get the confirmation email after the payment went through. Doe's it take awhile to get that email?

Hello,

As HELLA_TIGHT said the supporter confirmation e-mail should be send out instantly once you complete the order process. Sometimes our automated e-mails are misclassified as spam, so please check your junk mail folder (if you have one). If it isn't there, let me know and I will resend your confirmation details. Hello,

I went to resend your confirmation but there doesn't appear to be an order in our system with your e-mail address or username. I would recommend attempting the registration process again and if this somehow results in a double-charge we will of course issue a refund. However, because this has been a hassle for you I went ahead and issued you a free one month supporter account. That way you don't have to go through the whole order process again right away, and hopefully it will help make up for the inconvenience. Please check your PMs for activation instructions.

Hey,

We serve all our content over a secure connection when you have that option enabled. You're probably getting that message because of offsite images a member is using in their post, signature or avatar. There are two ways to resolve this. First, at the bottom of your display preferences you can select 'Block offsite images completely'. This will replace them with a placeholder which you can click to view the real image. Alternately, in Internet Explorer click 'Tools | Internet Options | Security'. Make sure the 'Internet' zone is selected, then click 'Custom Level'. Scroll about half way down the list and look for the 'Display mixed content' option. Change it from 'Prompt' to 'Enable' and you should be good to go.
