That's normal mycelium you're seeing. Cobweb will be grey, very fluffy, and 1/4" or so thick, but you'll be able to see right through it to the cake below. Peroxide will melt it on contact. You're fine for now. Air exchange is the key. Cobweb requires stale, still air. Fresh, moving air is toxic to cobweb. RR
