is it possible to buy these in the supermarket and somehow propegate them from there? could i take a sporeprint from these?

Hi,

I've tried to win pure cultures from fruitbodies I got in the supermarket and market. I always had the same problem, and it is called yeasts! I tried A. bisporus and Pleurotus ostreatus. They are not as fresh as supermakets claim to be. It turned out to be much easier to buy a culture...
