can somebody help me out?

When someone wants to "bump" their question or post back up to the top after a while of noone paying attention to it.. and it sinking down into the lower portion of page 1, or into page 2 where noone goes to read... they create a new 'response' in their thread with the word "BUMP.

So if you BUMP your post... it'll go right back up top where people usually read posts.

Hope that helped.

to 'bump' is to make a post in a dying thread so it will move back to the top of page 1 and not be lost forever in the horrors of pages 2 to infinity.
