Spores Germinating In Syringe?
    #4170278 - 05/13/05 11:59 AM (13 years, 1 month ago)

I have a couple of partially used syringes (A-Strain, and Hawaiin) that the spores appear to have started to germinate in. Is this normal? The syringes were ordered about 1.5 months ago. It looks basically like Liquid Culture. There are also still visible spores that have barely germinated or not germinated at all. I don't really see how they could be contamed or anything, so are they still good to use?

Also, if they are good then since they already started to germinate will they colonize my jars a bit faster maybe?

Don't let your brain tell your mind it can't feel
