You're OK as long as temps stay above freezing.

i assume you are asking about cubensis? the spores can survive temps down into the twenties for brief periods. the myceilum stop growing below about 50 and die at a temp somewhere just around freezing, i can't remember. recall that cubensis is a tropical species, so it cannot tollerate as much cold as many others. if you see growth, then obviously you are okay.

I highly doubt that.. I have kept syringes in the fridge for extended periods of time with no problems. Spores themselves are designed to withstand extreme temperatures, they're the myco version of seeds.
However, I don't know how things would turn out if it was a mycelium syringe, although, I still don't think that would not be a problem if the temp remains a few degrees above freezing.
Furthermore, considering hyphae cells are not completely separated from each other by a cell wall or membrane, could it be possible that they could, infact survive being frozen?
After all, the major kill factor for any plant or animal cell being frozen is the cell walls and/or membranes being ruptured due to expanding h2o at the critical freezing point.
But then again, I _am_ an amateur mycologist and I _may_ infact be talking out of my ass.

peace,
