Not yet, I fall asleep when ever I try... honestly I don't think I'm trying hard enough.
I have been awake in my sleeping body though. That is some freaky shit!!! If I would have know about projection then, I would have tried it, and maybe it wouldn't have scared the living shit out of me.

Does anyone use mantra's to help them project?
Here are some mantra's I've used to help me project.
La Ra S - pronounced, Laaaaaaaaaaa Rrraaaaaaaaaaa Ssssssssssssssss.
Egypto - pronounced, Eeeeeeeeeeee hiiiiiiiiiiiiiip tooooooooooo.

Adam, while the experiment could show, that astral plane has no touch with physical plane....and that would back my theory again.
But if shroomism could travel trough this plane in his astral body, that wold show I am wrog.

In my opinion...trying negates the purpose. Especially trying too hard.
You want to be aware of what you are trying to achieve...but do not try.
The best way I can put it, is you are laying there, watching the back of your eyelids like you are waiting for a movie to start...no thoughts, no expectations, just observing.

No experiment in the third dimension could prove the existance of the astral plane. A fish in the ocean, for example, cannot prove the existence of Trees on dry land.
If we were in the astral plane right now, I could prove to you the third dimension exists. That's because we'd be up top looking down.

I do travel through the physical plane in my astral body...but it is stuck in my physical body.

I understand this and agree... that is what I do. What I meant was the conditions that I do this in, they are not ideal. I'm usually half asleep and sincerely need to sleep. Or I'll be high and that never seems to go right.
What are your thoughts on using melatonin?

Yes, this occured during my first real trip on a 10x extract of salvia.
Two hits of that and i was watching myself from somekind of first and third person view at once ?!
I enjoyed this state of mind, because there were no human feelings or thoughts neither a body feeling.
It was just like " being some part of a glowing wave of pure light".
Just a pure form of existence...

It would prove that you do not need ew "dimensions" from outer body. It would prove that t all ca happe in the haed. Because if that happened n the head, than off course that those three dimensions would be below you. Afterall 3d world is only outer sensation, and you are acting from your innernes.
When you are talking about different plaes that are connected, wjich shroomism keep to do on and on, then there would possible for two persons to feel the same thing and be in the same thing. So the experiment could prove that.
Shroomism, I see that you are affraid of racional. But you gotta remind yourself that paradox (that you feel allthe time, so you keep those thigs far from logical observatios) is only the hidden truth.
