They are good cuz if you screw them up you can just stir it all together and they still taste good..

Tonight I made an omelet with; Red bell pepper, spinach, mushroom, garlic, canalized onion, tomato and Jenneo Turkey Ham..... Pepperjack and Parmesan cheese and youve got something...

Well, I chopped up too much crap and sauteed too much of whatever to fold a proper omelet so I just stirred it up... Its still good..

Only hash browns can make this better....

i like the "egg beaters" in a pint carton, no cholesterol, no fats, no nothin' but pure protein

very fluffy

mushrooms, garlic chives, paper thin shreds of Serrano Ham, and tiny cubes of grilled chicken, caramelized onions, s+p, butter for the pan. Use real eggs, no milk, a T of water per egg whiz in a blender or use one of those stick blenders, then strain the egg through a sieve. Omlet method (make a hole and fill it) until almost set add toppings, tip pan, fold or roll. Da bess.
