Storing in Honey

I have about 10 dry grams I want to store in 11 oz. of honey. The idea is for it to be hidden in plain view and ready for consumption.
I plan to grind it in a coffee grinder first, then stir it in and store it way high on the shelf.
I have a couple of question, though-
1- Is there any potency loss?
2- How soon is the "blue honey" ready to eat?
3- Do I need to somehow filter the shroom crumbs out at some point? If so, how?
4- How long do the goodies stay good this way?

I grind up into powder then mix with a bit of honey to make a paste then fill a half pint about 3/4 of the way up, then put a layer of honey over this to keep oxygen out and then put a lid on it.

1) Not that I have noticed.
2) I usually wait at least a month.
3) You wouldnt really be able to anyways.
4) Who knows, mine gets eaten before 3 months.

I have a jar that i restock every once in a while.. i call it forever shrooms...

1)no
2)immediatly
3)no
4)if the honey is good the shrooms are good.
