The top left grains are contaminated. What you have circled could be wetspot but looks like mashed grains. The colonized spot on the bottom is/was looking okay. How do you shake those jars? They look pretty full.
IME one thing about grain - you let it sit around w/o shaking and it starts to have other stuff grow in the uncolonized areas. Even a PC only kills 99% of all the endorspores in the grains, and that 1% is waiting to come out at anytime.
Not like BRF that you can have sitting around for over 2 months.
