Is it too late to hunt cubensis?
    #416318 - 10/07/01 01:03 AM (22 years, 11 months ago)

I'm going on a trip to New Orleans on the 20th to see a 311 concert and was wondering if it's too late to find some cubes in the fields out there?

You'll never find any cubes, they have a way of being undectable to people with horrible taste in music

Conserve my puddles, drink water.

Check the local weather for the next few weeks up until you leave, the whole country has been dry for about two weeks now except for the light sprinkles we received today, our last harvest was the last day of september we had two good days of rain and it was right before the drop in temperature, cubes usually prefer warm humid weather and the weather has been around 50-60Degrees at night for the past two weeks with no rain. I highly doubt you will find any cubes.

I work in TX and Southern LA. This time of the year is great. The summer heat has ended and the wet season has begun. There was just a cold snap down here with a lot of moisture. The weather has warmed back up to the low 80s. You should expect some rain down here this time of year. Night time temps will be in the high 60s and daytimes up to about 80 or a little warmer. Look southwest of New Orleans toward Houma....Lots of cowfields. Beware the law in southern LA. They are a buch of undereduacted DICKS unlike the upstanding POPOs we have in Texas!
