BUGS IN MY HAY

i got a bale of hay, and brought it into my room, then i went back a few hours later and noticed it was crawling with little flies!!! Gross. I torched the ones around my room with lysol spray and a lighter, what should i do about the ones in the bale?

Conserve my puddles, drink water.
