Meditating

Do you meditate? How do you meditate? What do you feel about it?

I try and meditate every morning. I usually partake in a joint first. I just sit in the classic pos, and observe my thoughts and calm my mind, try to get as deep as I can.

I also meditate when I trip, I find its defiantly the best thing to do

I think its very awsome and key to mind exploration, in one way or another.

I practice breathing exercises.

Going to go have a smoke.... I mean a breathing exercise right now.

I try to be aware of my breathing all the time. This helps to keep your stress levels down during the day.

I try to have a deep meditation (1-2 hours) once a week. To help keep me centered.

I try to meditate everyday for about half an hour. I do breath exercises then i move on to being fully 100% conscious of my breathing, i become one with my breath and all there is on my mind is me breathing. Sometimes its harder to reach a deep mediation than other times, but when i do, i really enjoy it. Its kinda like experiencing pure consciousness.

I do that Jesus-type meditation...going into the "wilderness",
I don't know if it can be called mediation but It works like one.
Since it is hard to find wilderness I just follow the railroad tracks into the middle of nowhere outside the town and walk as long as I have enough energy to go back, It takes about 3 hours

Breathing mostly, although I do sit and use my brain tuner and holosync.

Sometimes I just stare at porn and can get into deep trance states. :mushroom2:

I find concentrating on my breathing uncomfortable, I cant breath easily basically. I wish I could, it actually makes it harder for me to get in a calm relaxed state of meditation.

Google Centerpointe research or holosync. This worked much better for me than the brain wave entraining machines, which I was a distributor for at one time. You can try a session online at their website if I remember correctly.
