Help!
    #4156880 - 05/10/05 11:51 AM (12 years, 4 months ago)

I've been haunting this site for 2 months and have never needed to ask a question until now.I recently harvested a p.f.cake and dunked it.The strain was Taz.I noticed that the entire cake had a blueish hue to it.This morning the whole thing has gotten twice as dark. The blue is the exact color the shrooms themselves bruised.I've searched the site over and the closest I could find was contamination but it's the same beautiful blue color I've come to love.Any one have a clue. This is my first attempt at Taz but no other cube in my experience has done this.Help!!!!!

if they are almost all the way blue...its probably not bruising.

cakes will turn blue when they are dehydrated...it needs water.

dunk the cake or cakes in water for 12 to 24 hours.

i am sure it will be fine...after i dunk for to long mine turn a bit bluish...but they always come back in a day or two...blush just means that the cakes are bursed or getting older..

"Six words: drop out, turn on, then come back and tune it in -and then drop out again, and turn on, and tune it back in-it's a rhythm- most of us think God made this universe in nature-subject object-predicate sentences-turn on, tune in, drop out- period, end of paragraph. Turn the page- it's all a rhythm- it's all a beat. You turn on, you find it inside, and then you have to come back (since you can't stay high all the time) and you have to build a better model. But don't get caught - don't get hooked - don't get attracted by the thing you're building, cause... you gotta drop out again. It's a cycle. Turn on, tune in, drop out. Keep it going, keep it going- the nervous system works that way. gotta keep it flowing- keep it flowing.

Thanks for the help. This is the 4th cube strain I've had the pleasure of viewing and with the help of all the big brains around here and a bit of flexing my own head muscle I have been blessed with enough spirituality to fuel my family reunion.23 hippies,3 generations,7 guitar players,4 bass players,my whole family jams!4 grams apiece made for a very joyful expeirance. Thanks Shroomery!
