Bulk substrate losing chunks at harvest...
    #4156144 - 05/10/05 04:46 AM (11 years, 6 months ago)

Hey all.

Recently a cat harvested a good amount of mushrooms from a bulk substrate (50/50 poo straw). The problem? With the shrooms, especially in clusters, pretty big chunks of substrate came with 'em. Not huge, but enough that the surface is no longer even close to flat.

This substrate is currently being dunked. Can it be used for a second flush? Or will the whole thing just contaminate right away?
