after inoculation

i just inculated but realize i have nothing to heat my 3 pint jars to 80- what do i do?

Off the top of my head I would say sit them on top of your computer monitor rapped in a towell or something to block out light and keep them insulated. Low to mid 80's is ideal and from what I have read they will still develop in cooler temps. just a little bit slower. My friend has his in 86 degree water and the top of his monitor feels like the same temp.

no! monitor gets in the mid 90s!! just put them high up in a closet where the warm air accumulates OR in the cupboard above the fridge (thats always nice and warm)
