I was just wondering why spores are legal?
It seems like the only possible thing that you could use spores for is to grow shrooms? Anyway, if someone could clarify why spores are still legal it would be very helpful

Because they dont contain Psilocybin or Psilocin or any active chemical. Theres no reason for them to be illegal.. marijuana seeds are illegal because they have THC in them.

Marijuana seeds are illegal becuase they are part of the marijuana plant, which specifically illegal.

Basically because its a cash crop, worth more than its weight on gold. If people could legally grow their own money, and trade for goods, the govenment would have no way to tax it, and would lose millions, even billions on sales, and income taxes.

Rid the shroomery of the penguin menace, vote against regularpenguin today!

Spores are legal in most states due to an oversight on the part of the assholes, not because they are concerned about scheduling hundreds of kinds of mushrooms. Give em a little time.
