Ecuador mycelium growth

OK, I have some ecuadors and some gulf coasts growing. My first time with both strains. The gulf coasts mycelium seem to be growing pretty average with all other strains I have used, but the ecuadors are far behind. They've been going for about 2 weeks since inoculation, and they just have some small patches growing, something I usually see after about 5 days on a normal strain. Is this normal for ecuadors? The mycelium seems to be growing, but very slowly.

No, that's not normal for Ecuadors. They're usually quite robust.

Yeah my equadors that are going right now are about 60-70% colonized after 2 weeks.. but i just through them in a drawer.. i didnt give them nice temps (they're at 75). so thats pretty slow..

I had the same problem...took them about 3 full weeks to become 100% colonized. I just cased em though. Ill let you know how that turns out.
