I was watching "good eats" a few nights ago and they were talking about how to dry herbs.  Figured I'd share the method here (though this tek may be out there already).

Items needed:

1 large box fan
2 or more furnace filters (you want the kind with the zig-zags)
A few bungee cords straps

Procedure:

Take your wet materials and place them in-between the filters.  You can use multiple filters and layer them.  Then bungee cord the stack of filters to the front of the box fan.  Turn on.  You'll get MASSIVE air flow over yours babies this way.
