iffy shrooms

I just had my very first harvest. They are PR's from a rye/coco casing. The casing got overlay, I deep scratched. The casing got some cobweb mold, I misted with H2O2 and sprinkled on a little baking soda. Then the casing got pins. A few (6-7) grew to about 3 inches before the caps opened but mostly they aborted as huge clumps of FAT little guys. When the caps opened on the big ones, I harvested all of the them, aborts and all. When I cut open a couple of the big ones, there was some bluing in the very center of the stem nearest to the cap. Also when I inspected the sides of the casing (out of the pan) there were some bronze/gold/tan spots on the mycelium. I'm hoping that is water damage from condensation on the sides of the pan.
I already tossed the casing cuz it was so much trouble and I have some more jars ready to play with. The question is, are these little shroomies ok to eat?

If there is bluing running up the middle of the stem and the surrounding inner stem tissue is a normal whitish color (before bruising from the slice you made) that *could* be indicative of the contamination reaching the fuitbody.

The safest rule here is if there's doubt, throw it out.

when in doubt throw it out....
...but what you described doesnt sound like a contammed shroom....
...i'd eat it, but then again....id have ta see it first...
