after boiling and before inculation how long do i wait? for it to cool down i mean :)

is 9 hours enough?

They must be cool to the touch. Let them cool in a sterile enviroment as they suck in the outside air as they cool down.

Depends on the existing room temperature. At 70-85 degree room temp, 9 hours may NOT be enough if they are in a container, which would still retain the heat. As others posted, if they are cool to the touch and 9 hours elapsed, I would innoculate! Good luck and good growing!
