Strange problem

Ok so i have casings in a PMP at about 22 degrees (70F) at RH 99%

I know the humidity should be at around 85-90 but here's the wierd part. Around the base of the shrooms i'm getting very thick fuzzy mycelium growth - indicator of too high humidity right?? But then at the other end - my caps are cracking and their not mature yet ie/ veils not opened yet - indicator of humidity too low??

So whats the deal??? By the way the strain is GT.

I get that when my rh is border-line too high. yeah it's wierd but I wouldnt worry too much about it!
