Make sure you check out the average lifetime of the bulb and the cost to replace the bulb... (about the extent of my knowledge on projectors)

I don't see any audio outputs on the unit (may or may not be a big deal, depending how you're hooking up the audio). Make sure it falls within the projection distance you want & the screen size & if it does it looks like a decent deal. If this is going to be in a bar & smoking is allowed in the bar these units will last a lot longer without cleaning or service if the unit is installed away from the smoke or if the smoke is filtered out of the installation area. Projectors tend to generate some heat especially after they have been on awhile so they need to be installed where there is ample clean, cool air flow to maintain optimal performance.

Some words of caution about why DLP projectors are useless to me...

I have a thing with my eyes where I am overly sensitive to light and patterns. For example, I see patterns in static on TV and in carpeting. This is due to the speed at which your brain processes images.

Anyways, DLP uses a spinning color wheel to project images and I actually see huge rainbow trails when I move my eyes while watching DLP projection. It is so severe that I cannot stand to watch for more than 5 minutes.

When I went to buy my projector, I had the guy show me the most state-of-the-art $7,000 DLP projector with high-speed color wheel because he said it eliminated rainbow effect for 99% of the population. Sure enough, I saw trails all over the place and had to settle for an LCD projector. This is something to consider before laying down a grand or more on a projector...especially since you may be more suseptable to seeing trails.

edit: didn't see you already ordered it. at least you can return it if you have problems.
