Humidifier Time Intervals

I just got a cool mist humidifier and an appliance timer.. what i was wondering.. is how long should should i set a time for? and how far apart should i set the times?

Actually my friend just turned her ultra-sonic cool mist humidifier on for only about five minutes in the morning and agin at night. That was all it needed. Much more and it will get waterlogged . :smile:bluhoney

It depends on the size of your terrarium. Some leave it on 24/7, others less than that. I do mine so it turns on for one minute every hour and 45 minutes, to keep a consistent supply of air exchange. Just remember to keep humidity over 90%.
