WBS germinating in colonizing jar

Is this bad? I don't see how it could happen, because it hasn't happened to me before. I PC'd all these suckers at 10PSI for an hour and a half. I took them out to shake today two of them have some seeds in them that are starting to germinate. No contams, and most of them were over 50% colonized. Will these just end up contamming down the road?

but will the mycelium take over the germinating seeds?
-------------------- Under his instruction, I taped drumsticks to his head and turned him into a sort of mummy, or perhaps a caterpiller in a cocoon. He remains this way for about three hours, making bizarre noises, pretending to be a new species that must learn to walk and talk and eat, etc. And he communicates with other life forms by way of the antennae on his head. Eventually we jam a tube from a waterbong into it's mouth and figure he's learned all he needs to know.

Sounds like the jars didnt get up to complete sterilization temps.
If PC'ing didn't kill all the seeds, it didn't kill all the possible contam's - either.
But, who knows... you might get fully colonized jars. You will just have to wait & see. Only time will tell, as no one here can.

I've boiled WBS jars for an hour and a half, no PC'ing, and they came out fine. All 12, not one contammed. Not a single one had a germinated seed.
My PC only goes to 10PSI.
